Tadd leads the New Americans Initiative at Voxy and is focused on building bridges for English language learners into sector-focused employment training programs while developing diverse & skilled talent pipelines for high-demand employment sectors that support regional economic development goals. Tadd came to Voxy following a decade working within skilled immigrant workforce integration programs at Upwardly Global, where he focused on using digital learning technologies for scaled impact, and also collaborated with multiple states to outline immigrant relicensing pathways, and to eliminate other unnecessary barriers to immigrant workforce integration. Tadd earned an M.A. in Business Education from NYU Steinhardt and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. He lives in Queens, New York with his husband and two cats, and enjoys gluten-free cooking, kayaking, swimming, biking, and spending time outdoors in nature.
