Moonson Eninsche supervises Washtenaw County's Office of Community & Economic Development  (OCED) direct service programs, including Foster Grandparents, Meals on Wheels and Cafes, and the Barrier Busters network. OCED believes Washtenaw County is stronger when all people are able to fully participate in our community and economy, and is committed to stepping out of traditional government roles to drive long-tern system changes which increase equity and opportunity for all. 


Moonson has been active in the local social work field for the last 20 years. Prior to OCED, he  developed foreclosure intervention programming at the County Treasurer's Office, and served on the statewide Foreclosure response leadership committee between 2008-2012. He has also worked at Washtenaw County Community Mental Health psychiatric emergency and acute residential programming for just over 10 years.

Moonson received his B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University, and is a registered Michigan Bachelor Social Worker.
