Jennifer is the COO & Partner with Human Resource Dimensions. Joining HRD in 2006, Jennifer began her career with the company as a Recruiter. Through the years Jennifer was promoted to Recruiting Manager and most recently COO subsequently the Vice President of Search and Supplemental Staffing. She has been part of the company's development of their robust research function, process definition, and expansion of geographic impact.
 
Jennifer acts as a hunter and a farmer; identifying the top players across the globe, as well as developing and nurturing a strong network in the Atlanta community. Jennifer oversees the Search and Supplemental Staffing divisions for HRD's international client base.

​Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, Jennifer was an Account Manager for a boutique advertising agency in Midtown Atlanta. While completing her B.S. Degree in Business Management at Georgia Tech, she also worked for Mazursky & Dunaway LLC, Federal Home Loan Bank of America, and the Georgia House of Representatives.
 
In 2014 Jennifer was named a Partner with Human Resource Dimensions.
