Rachael provides leadership and subject matter expertise for immigrant andrefugee programming across New York City, as the Director of the YMCA of Greater NewYork’s New Americans Initiative and a YMCA Technical Advisor nationally. In these roles,she provides strategic direction, thought leadership, operational implementation, and alsoshares guidance on how to build inclusive environments throughout the Y’s local andnational work.
