Entire industries are dedicated to helping low-income families access budgeting and financial literacy programs, volunteer income tax assistance, home-ownership counseling, and individual development accounts. With limited resources, local immigrant economic development and welcoming initiatives can work to connect immigrant families with existing providers, as well as work with existing providers to make their programs more accessible.
